On May 9, 2025, 32 clients from Barangay San Antonio, Mansalay, Oriental Mindoro, participated in a skills training on fish processing, focusing on value-added products such as sardines, fish tocino, fish longganisa, and fish sisig. The session aimed to equip participants with practical knowledge and techniques for preparing marketable fish-based products using locally available resources. Facilitated by TESDA-accredited trainer Mr. Crisostomo Mateo, the training featured a hands-on approach, allowing attendees to actively engage in each step of the process, from preparation to packaging
