Last May 24, 2024, the SFI held its Training on Improving Communication Skills facilitated by our Consultant, Sir Louie D. Tolentino via Zoom Conference.

This training aimed to improve the communication skills of SFI employees particularly the Account Officers in their interactions with our clients.
