July 8, 2023 | SFI successfully conducted a Midyear Assembly, with an emphasis on Ensuring Accountability & Productivity Towards Long-Term Sustainability.

During the event, Ms. Jeana B. Pagsinohin, SFI's Internal Auditor, presented her audit and risk management report, which effectively identified areas for improvement, potential risks, and opportunities for enhanced compliance.

To enhance the competency of personnel engaged in the DA-ACPC program, Operations Audit Gilberto Flores and Compliance Officer Virginia Buñag offered comprehensive explanations of the DA-ACPC loan application processing flowchart.

Just before the event's conclusion, SFI's Chairman and Executive Adviser Fr. Jim announced the appointment of Mr. Marvin M. Balgoma as the new Chief Operations Officer, positioning him to work closely with the management and BOT in driving and propelling SFI towards new achievements.
