On November 11-12, 2021 the SFI conducted a livelihood skills training on coconut-based products in Banilad, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro. The TESDA-accredited trainer, Mr. Crisostomo Mateo, was able to teach the clients how to make products from coconut, producing pastries such as coconut bread and cookies. 

This initiative manifests the importance of innovation and resourcefulness, equipping individuals and communities with the knowledge and skills needed for their livelihoods.
